Simply. Better. Made.

WarmzBord is redefining underfloor heating, making products that are simple to buy, easy to install, strong on performance, and future-ready.

Manufactured in Somerset, our underfloor heating panels are purpose-designed for UK construction, meeting the demands of modern low-temperature heating systems. Our three systems — for screed floors, low-build retrofit applications, and timber joists — provide professionals with the flexibility to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient installations across all types of construction.

Our Innovations

Innovation is at the heart of WarmzBord. Our PipeSure® system makes pipe positions visible for safer fixing, while TempAlign® strips provide a quick and accurate way to balance systems in the field.

Warmzbord UFH System

Why Choose Underfloor Heating?

Underfloor heating has become the modern standard for comfort and efficiency. Unlike radiators, which heat the air through convection, UFH works by gently warming the floor surface and radiating heat evenly throughout the space. This creates consistent comfort with no cold spots or draughts, while freeing up wall space for a cleaner room design.

UFH runs at much lower water temperatures, making it the perfect partner for renewable systems such as air source and ground source heat pumps. It’s efficient, cost-effective, and healthier too, circulating less dust than traditional systems.

Whether in new builds or retrofits, WarmzBord UFH adds value to a property and delivers a comfort level that radiators simply can’t match.

System Care

Commissioning and Care

Commissioning is critical to long-term UFH performance. After installation, every WarmzBord system should be pressure-tested, flushed, and balanced.

Our TempAlign® strips make balancing simple - when all return pipes show the same colour, the system is in tune.

Annual manifold checks help maintain reliability. Inspect for leaks, confirm system pressure and test actuators. Routine maintenance prevents issues like cold spots, uneven temperatures, or noisy pipework. Because the pipes are sealed within the floor, ongoing attention is focused on the manifold, actuators, and controls. With simple annual checks, a WarmzBord system will deliver silent, efficient comfort for decades.

Floor Finishes

Floor Finishes

The right floor finish makes all the difference in UFH performance. Tiles and stone offer excellent heat transfer, warming up quickly and evenly, ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.

Engineered wood and laminates also perform well, provided they’re suitable for underfloor heating and installed with low-tog underlays.

Vinyl and LVT heat rapidly but must be limited to around 27°C surface temperature, or to that stated by the manufacturer. Carpet can work too, but combined tog must stay below 2.5, provided there is sufficient heat output to meet the load.

For timber substrates, proper preparation and adhesives are essential to avoid tile or grout failure. WarmzBord systems are compatible with most finishes, but always follow the floor manufacturers’ guidance, ensure correct moisture content, and respect expansion gaps. A good choice of finish ensures efficiency, comfort, and long-term durability.

Smart Controls

Controls

Efficient heating depends on precise control. WarmzBord systems integrate with multi-zone thermostats, allowing each room to be heated to its own schedule and comfort level. Our wiring hubs link thermostats to actuators, opening only the required circuits and signalling the boiler or heat pump when needed. The EA2301 thermal actuator provides silent, reliable operation with visible open/close indicators and fail-safe design.

With the right setup, UFH avoids short cycling, reduces wasted energy, and responds quickly to changes in demand.

As a manufacturer of underfloor heating products, WarmzBord does not supply thermostats. There are many available on the market with different aesthetic finishes. The WarmzBord hub is able to provide a 230V supply and receive a switched live for any compatible thermostat or wireless receiver.

Heat Pump Integration

Heat Pumps

Underfloor heating and heat pumps are the perfect match. Heat pumps work most efficiently at low water temperatures, and UFH is designed to operate exactly in this range.

By using the full floor surface as the heat emitter, good UFH achieves comfort at low flow temperatures. This means lower running costs, reduced carbon emissions, and future proofing for future renewable energy heat sources.

WarmzBord panels use high-performance aluminium diffusers to spread heat evenly, avoiding hot spots and ensuring consistent performance. With the right product, UFH with a heat pump can cut heating emissions by up to 80% compared to oil, and by more than 70% compared to gas.

Floor Construction

Adaptable to Any Construction

Every building is different, so WarmzBord offers systems for all floor types. In new builds, UFH can be integrated into screeds or structural panels from the outset, maximising efficiency.

Retrofit projects need slimmer options—our WarmzBord Slim adds just 22mm build-up while delivering excellent output.

Suspended timber floors are covered too: Deck replaces chipboard with a structural UFH panel, while Tack suits screed-based ground floors.
From concrete slabs to timber joists, from new homes to heritage retrofits, WarmzBord provides solutions that deliver reliable performance in any construction.
