WarmzBord DECK

Deck is a structural UFH system designed to replace chipboard flooring over joists or battens. The 22mm moisture-resistant base panel holds the pipe securely in recessed channels, while the 6mm cement fibre cover locks in place using our patent-pending PipeSure® alignment.

A 200-micron aluminium diffuser ensures fast heat transfer and even temperatures across the surface. Deck carries the same load capacity as standard chipboard, making it ideal for upper floors and new builds.

Fully dry-fit and mechanically fixed, installation is clean and efficient with no screeds required. With pipe fully protected from site traffic within the Base panel, Deck is a durable and safe installation, as well as high performance system suitable for heat pumps.
